Each year the neighborhood holds its own festival, the Corn Hill Arts Festival, to which city residents flock. More traditional, but hardly boring, city living can be found in the St. Paul Quarter. Located around all of the Rochester NY's hot bars and dining, renters may even find trendy loft apartments in this neighborhood.
